The Auditor-General South Africa (AGSA) is seeking talented and motivated graduates to join our dynamic team as part of the SAICA-Accredited Trainee Auditor Programme.

About the Programme:

The AGSA Trainee Auditor Programme is a three-year, structured program designed to develop the next generation of chartered accountants (CAs(SA)). During the program, you’ll gain invaluable experience working alongside experienced auditors on a variety of public sector audits. You’ll also receive comprehensive training to develop your technical and professional skills, preparing you to qualify as a CA(SA).

Who We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate with a BCom Honours degree in Accounting or a related field, accredited by a recognized South African university.
• Completion of the Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for public accountability and making a difference.
• South African citizenship or permanent residency.
